Contracts and Procurement Administrator (Workday CLM)Belfast Hybrid 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract Up to £45kMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation as it undertakes a major enterprise transformation involving Workday Financials, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management. The organisation is seeking a CLM / Procurement Systems Analyst to become its principal functional specialist for the new sourcing and contract-management platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join the programme during implementation, help shape how the system is designed and deployed, and then take ownership of the platform following go-live. The role During implementation, you will:Translate business requirements into system-configuration requirements.Work with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and an external implementation partner.Help establish a central digital contract repository.Support contract and document migration.Define and maintain contract metadata and taxonomy standards.Cleanse, enrich and validate contract data.Support the configuration and validation of AI-enabled contract models.Execute system testing and coordinate defect resolution.Assist with training, deployment and go-live activities.Following implementation, you will:Administer the Strategic Sourcing and CLM platforms.Manage user security, configuration changes and system maintenance.Provide second-line functional support.Investigate and resolve system issues.Coordinate SaaS releases and ..... full job details .....
