Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Contracts and Commercial Administrator to work for a company in Near BicesterRole: Contracts and Commercial Administrator, Part TimeSalary: 15,000 - 20,000 per annumLocation: Near Bicester, Office Based / HybridHours: Part Time, 20 hours per weekKey Responsibilities of the Contracts and Commercial Administrator:Support the administration of maintenance and service contractsAssist with contract renewals, uplifts, amendments, and terminationsCheck contract requirements and ensure information is maintained accuratelyRespond to and manage related queriesSupport monthly contract reviews and commercial reporting administrationRaise and manage subcontractor PPM purchase ordersUpdate internal systems with PO information and ensure jobs are updated correctly where requiredMonitor outstanding PO requests and approvalsRespond to and manage related queriesMaintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals, including Macro and Asset informationSupport invoice preparation and commercial administrationAssist the commercial team with PPM-related queriesDocumentation and ComplianceEnsure contract documentation is accurate and up to dateMaintain organised electronic filing systemsChase and maintain supporting documentation where requiredSupport continuous improvement of processes and proceduresGeneral AdministrationProvide administrative support to the Commercial OperationsLiaise with subcontractors, ..... full job details .....
