The ideal person will be outgoing, hardworking and hungry to grow within the business.You''ll be joining a vibrant, fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same, working alongside a supportive team and gaining valuable experience within the credit and finance function.This position is offered on a Temp-to-Perm basis, providing a great opportunity to prove yourself and build a long-term career.Key Responsibilities Check vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure all required details are present, following up on any missing information and confirming invoices relate to open leasesProcess invoices through the Money Out systemInput invoices into Oakwood, preparing them for upload to LeaseWave and ensuring balances are correctEnsure all documentation is complete so invoices can be approved and paid on timeClose leases at the end of the installation period, verifying exhibits against records uploaded to LeaseWaveManage office stationery and suppliesProvide administrative support to the UK Credit team, including ad-hoc tasks when requiredCommunicate effectively with both internal teams and external partnersCompile and produce reports as needed What We''re Looking For Previous experience in a similar administration or finance-based roleStrong numerical ability and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification)Strong ..... full job details .....
