Contracts Administrator£13.46 per annum, 40 hours per week Mon - Fri, Temporary, Hybrid working, BS32 Bradley Stoke, Bristol, Pension, Parking, plus further benefits.Responsibilities
Order processing, and invoicingUse of SAPUse of Excel and other Microsoft applicationsSupport the management team with data analysisChecking and processing information and technical dataLiaising with suppliers and wider supply chainLiaising with warehousing and other subcontractorsControl and administration of supply chainQualifications
The successful candidate must hold excellent IT experience and have a good understanding of SAP, Excel and general Microsoft packages.The contracts administrator will have a high level of administration skills and must be able to work on their own initiative.This role is suitable for someone who has worked as a sales administrator, spares administrator or parts administrator.Defence industry experience or experience from within a manufacturing or supplier environment dealing with defence contracts would be beneficial but all industry experience will be considered. Additional experience using SAP or an ERP system is beneficial.Additional context
