A well-established HVAC, FM & M&E contractor is seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join their growing team based NEAR Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and confident individual to play a key role within a busy building services environment.

The Role
As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the main point of contract between building managers and field engineers.
• Handling incoming maintenance requests via phone and email.
• Logging, prioritising and allocating reactive and planned jobs.
• Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads across multiple sites.
• Providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the job lifecycle.

What We''re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience within a Help Desk, Facilities, or Building Services environment (preferred).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Simpro or Verisae would be beneficial but not essential
• Confident handling a high volume of calls and requests.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Contracts Administrator will be on -25,400 + Package.
