This is an excellent opportunity for a  Contracts Administrator  with experience in the HVAC industry, although candidates from a construction or building services background will also be considered.  Key Responsibilities  Planned Maintenance Works  	 Organising engineers to carry out planned maintenance works 	 Ordering filters, belts, and required materials in advance 	 Arranging site access for engineers and issuing RAMS documentation 	 Updating site asset lists from engineers’ worksheets 	 Preparing quotations for remedial works identified during maintenance visits   Reactive Works  	 Assisting with organising engineers for reactive call-outs 	 Arranging site access and issuing RAMS documentation 	 Preparing quotations for remedial works following engineer reports 	 Ordering parts and materials as required   Cost Control &amp; Administration  	 Maintaining job costings using Excel spreadsheets 	 Preparing end-of-month valuation...</description>
