Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts within our projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project delivery through effective contract management practices.Key Responsibilities
Contract Preparation and Review:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Contract Administration:
Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and correspondence.Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their obligations.Track key dates, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
Risk and Compliance Management:
Identify and escalate potential contractual risks or issues.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and client requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).Support project teams with contractual queries and guidance.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on contract status, variations, claims, and close-outs.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in contract administration within the engineering, construction, or manufacturing sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.Desirable Skills
