Contracts Administrator - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm or 9am-5:30pm
Hybrid after probation 1 day a week
Duties;
- Updating contract and renewal
- Reviewing upcoming contract expiry dates and initiate renewal processes
- Preparing and send renewal documentation to clients
- Check outstanding payment status and contact customers via email or phone
- Liaise with finance to reconcile accounts and escalate overdue payments
- Track and log contract cancellations
- Providing contract sales support
- Compile daily reports submitted by engineers
Requirements:
- Previous accounts administration experience
- Previous administration experience
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident in using Microsoft Packages
