As our Passive Fire and Minor Works division continues to expand, we''re looking for an organised and detail-focused FIRAS and Minor Works Administrator to support our Project Managers and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently from enquiry through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Role Working alongside our Project Managers, you''ll provide the administrative and operational support that keeps projects running smoothly. You''ll be responsible for coordinating documentation, scheduling engineers, managing client communications, raising work orders, tracking project progress and ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed accurately. This role is ideal for someone from a property maintenance, facilities management, construction or project administration background who enjoys organisation, communication and attention to detail.
