Your key responsibilities will include:Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly reporting packs for Project Directors, keeping everyone informed and aligned.Contract Management System: Ensure approvals are in place and process forms for access to our contract management system (Fast Draft).Supplier Onboarding: Collaborate with the Procurement team to support the onboarding of new suppliers.Purchase Orders: Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using the purchase management system (Coupa).Policies and Governance: Manage document control for the Commercial Team to maintain version integrity and contribute to process development.What You Bring:You don''t need to be an expert to excel in this role!
