You will work closely with plant area teams, central schedulers and contract partners to make sure work is properly planned, safely delivered and completed to a high standard.  The role will involve supervising contractor groups such as scaffolding, insulation and painting teams, as well as vacuuming, jetting and lagoon cleaning crews.  What you’ll be doing  You will:  Coordinate and supervise site-based contractor work groups across planned maintenance and routine site activity.   Liaise with plant area teams and central schedulers to align contractor activity with production and maintenance plans.   Develop and manage a rolling four-week lookahead schedule to support effective resource use.   Make sure work is clearly specified before it starts and safely delivered to th...
