About the Role The Contractor Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of third-party resource providers, ensuring contractor-delivered services are safe, compliant, cost-effective and aligned with business objectives. The role acts as the primary interface between IMServ and its contractor partners, driving supplier performance, commercial value and operational excellence. Through effective workforce planning, performance management and stakeholder engagement, the Contractor Manager ensures contractor capacity, capability and quality standards support the successful delivery of field and technical operations. The Contractor Manager plays a key role in shaping contractor strategy, influencing service delivery models and driving continuous improvement to maximise value for customers and the business.
