This permanent role involves ensuring the competency of contractor personnel within the electrical distribution field, specifically for SSEN works ranging from 11kV to 132kV. Key Responsibilities: Assessing individuals against defined competency criteria, including technical knowledge, experience, and understanding of Distribution Safety Rules. Conducting structured assessments using interviews, scenario questioning, and evidence review. Verifying candidate evidence such as training records, authorisations, logbooks, and experience records.
