Contractor Accountant

We''re working with an established accountancy firm who are looking to add an experienced Contractor Accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience looking after a portfolio of contractor clients and wants to continue developing within a specialist accounting environment. The role will involve: Managing a portfolio of 50+ Limited Company contractor clients Preparing year-end accounts and corporation tax returns Supporting clients with their day-to-day accounting and tax queries Managing VAT returns and general bookkeeping requirements Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact Ensuring accounts and tax work is completed accurately and on time We''re looking for someone with: At least 12 months'' experience in a contractor accounting role Experience managing a portfolio of 50+ Limited Company clients AAT Level 4 qualified is preferred Candidates with AAT Level 3 will also be considered where they have stronger contractor accounting experience Good knowledge of Limited Company accounts and tax Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach Salary: 26,000 - ..... full job details .....
