The main focus is investigating and resolving support tickets, alongside smaller system improvements and projects. Responsibilities: Resolve Workday issues and requests in close partnership with HR colleagues. Configure and test changes to business processes, security and functional settings. Support activity across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Talent. Create and maintain reports, and assist with recurring HR processes and data requests. Help test and deploy Workday releases and system enhancements. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Core HCM. Good working knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Talent, with the ability to investigate and resolve support tickets across all four areas.
