Contract UX/UI Designer

Spectrum IT are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the redesign and modernisation of a business-critical B2B customer portal for a well-established UK organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme. This will be an onsite working role in Poole, Dorset, and has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35. The successful contractor will work closely with senior stakeholders, product and technology teams to define user journeys, facilitate workshops, and produce high-quality designs that will guide the development of a new customer-facing platform. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the user experience of a core revenue-generating product from discovery through to delivery. Project OverviewThe organisation is replacing a legacy customer portal with a modern web application built using Angular and integrated with existing backend APIs. The platform is used by business customers to search, purchase and manage products online via account-based access.
