  • Monitor ongoing jobs, updating progress and addressing delays.
  • Raise purchase orders for materials, works and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate job records and update contract management systems.

  • Communicate regularly with the Contract Manager, trades operatives and clients.
  • Assist with reports, meeting minutes and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure all administrative activities meet client KPIs and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling or contract support role.
  • Experience within social housing repairs, property maintenance or construction would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident handling telephone enquiries and communicating with tenants and operatives.
  • Good IT skills and experience using job management or scheduling systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a busy office environment.
