Contract Support Manager (Basingstoke)

DescriptionAs a Contract Support Manager, you will work with the contract helping to ensure that we are running at our operational optimum. Working with the back office and operations team, you will extract and translate data from a variety of sources; enabling and supporting the team to make informed decisions to guide business improvement and efficiency. This role will enable data driven decisions, supporting us to reach our performance obligations on the contract.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone to:Identify trends within our performance and lead small projects to tackle and resolve issuesWork side by side with our operations manager to ensure our back office team are planning work as efficiently as possible for the operational teams to enable increased productivityBuild a close relationship with the client to help drive forward their targets and improve customer performanceBe flexible due to adhoc requests which come in daily from different departmentsRegularly monitor business performance; interpreting this data into visually engaging management reportsAttend weekly performance meetings, supporting the Operations team with the communication and visualisation of performance dataDevelop and promote good data governance and analytical rigour; presenting conclusions to a range of stakeholdersProduce and present statistical information clearly and concisely against a range of Key Performance IndicatorsEnsure the accurate submission of complete performance reportsExperience and QualificationsKnowledge of DNO activities, tree cutting an advantageExcellent communication skills, with the skill of conveying complex data visually and concisely to a range of stakeholdersIT literate Excel/Teams/Word/OutlookSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.Network Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
