A fantastic opportunity to work with a well established, Fire & Security firm, with a large range of customers ranging from Commercial, Domestic & Industrial sites. My client is eager to welcome a new, experienced Contract Supervisor into the fold.

Main Responsibilities

• To assist the contracts manager to ensure all contracts are running as they should, as well as being the main point of contact for any client queries in relation to your designated contracts.
• Upload FRA actions into company CRM.
• Update the client’s portal.
• Ensure we comply with all KPIs.
• To attend client meetings over teams and take internal meeting notes.
• Deal with all client queries & install queries on your contract. 
• To handle all administration for your designated contracts.
• To provide assistance to the Contracts Manager where applicable and carry out other ad hoc duties.

Knowledge and Experiences

• Good understanding of CRM systems, CASH would be advantageous
• Previous experience dealing with contracts/project management
• Good understanding of office packages i.e. Excel and Word
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• To be able to build good rapports and maintain good client relationships
