The position pays £40-45 per hour via an outside IR35 limited company contract. The employer’s portfolio centres on high-end residential projects valued between £1m and £5m. You will work autonomously, with duties covering design in steel, timber, concrete, and masonry. A robust project history is essential; chartered status or significant progress towards it is preferred. Contract Senior Structural Engineer
A small firm of consulting engineers based in South London require a contract senior structural engineer for a 3-month role to help with a peak in work load.
My client’s current order book is mainly in the high-end residential sector and they primarily work on projects between £1m to £5 million.
Applicants must be able to design well in steel, timber, concrete and masonry and be able to work unsupervised. All individuals must have a strong track record in structural engineering and ideally hold Chartership or close to.
My client can offer an immediate start with an hourly rate of £40-45 p/h Ltd.
