Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Contract Services Administrator based in Omagh. This role is temporary for 3 months initially. Location: Cedar Villa, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital, OmaghSalary: Hourly rate of £12.75Contract: Temporary for 3 months initially Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday. 9:00am-5:00pm This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that helps ensure high-quality care is delivered through effective partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations, nursing homes, domiciliary care providers, and independent sector services. Key responsibilities:Support the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of contracts across residential care, domiciliary care, daycare, and wider health and social care services.Assist with contract renewals and contract review processes.Maintain and update performance monitoring systems, including complaints and incident reports and contract monitoring returns.Provide full administrative and secretarial support, including diary and appointment management and typing letters, reports and correspondenceHandle calls, emailed and manage filing systems and databasesOrganise and support meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences by booking venues and equipment, preparing agendas and meeting papers.Take minutes and coordinate attendees and hospitality arrangementsWork collaboratively across the department and provide flexible support ..... full job details .....
