This role is for a Contract Senior Structural Engineer based in London, working on a £100m signature city structure. Offered on a contract basis outside IR35, the position pays an hourly rate of approximately £49. The successful candidate will be a proficient designer with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, demonstrating first-class ability in steel and reinforced concrete alongside other main materials. Working with a leading architecturally-led consultancy, you will provide essential design input and assistance on this major project. Hybrid working is available, and the role is suited to a Senior Structural Engineer ready to start a contract in central London.

Contract Senior Structural Engineer
A leading architecturally led Structural Engineering consultancy in Central London is currently looking for hire a Contract Senior Structural Engineer to ideally start early July ’26.
Due to a number of significant wins our client is looking find a Senior Structural Engineer with a minim of 8-10 years design experience. The successful candidates will be able to design proficiently in all main materials with first class ability to design in steel and RC.
Our client is currently working on a £100m signature London structure which they need some additional design input and assistance on.
Hybrid working can be offered. An hourly rate of c £47-49 p/h can be offered with an Outside IR35 capacity.
Our client can offer a minimum 3 month contract assignment, however with current work load this is likely to be extended.
