About the Role

Energi People is seeking a Contract Senior Structural Engineer for a 6-month rolling contract in Dulwich, paying £45-£48 per hour via a Ltd Company, outside IR35. This role involves leading structural design for diverse projects, including multi-storey RC framed residential schemes valued at £35 million, steel-framed commercial builds worth £25 million, industrial structures up to £10 million, and data centre developments. Key skills required include expertise in RC and steel design, proficiency with relevant software, and the ability to manage project delivery. The working pattern is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office, which benefits from excellent transport links. You will join a well-established consulting engineering firm with a strong current workload.

Contract Senior Structural Design Engineer
A well-established firm of consulting engineers based in South London are currently looking to employ a Contract Senior Structural Design Engineer on a rolling contract basis for an initial 6-month role.
Current workload is strong with projects to include multi-story story RC framed residential projects worth £35million, a steel framed commercial project worth £25million, industrial structures up to £10m in value along with various data centre projects.
Our client would ideally like someone to be in the office 2-3 days a week. Their offices have strong train and transport links.
This is an Outside IR35 role a Ltd Company can be used.
