Contract Renewals Team Manager

Summary of Role Lead and manage a specialist team responsible for commercial contract renewals, remedial quoting process and sales administration. This role ensures timely, accurate contract renewals while overseeing the development and submission of remedial work quotations to maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth. What you will be doing Supervise and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators handling renewal cycles, remedial quotations and sales administration. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative environment focused on accuracy and client service excellence. Manage workload allocation to ensure deadlines are consistently met across multiple contracts and projects. Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for commercial service contracts, ensuring timely identification of upcoming expirations and proactive client engagement. Review contract terms, pricing adjustments, and scope changes. Coordinate with finance and operations teams to finalise renewal documentation.
