You do not need MandE recruitment experience for this role. We are looking for someone commercially sharp who knows how to build a reliable pool of candidates, stay close to clients and spot opportunities before they become urgent vacancies. You will join our established Contract team, covering the East Midlands across MandE, building services, health and safety, facilities and related technical roles. There is already a base to work from: warm clients, live requirements and regular three-to-nine-month contract assignments with higher value margins than other sectors.
