Their Manchester team is now looking to expand, and this is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing but close-knit office.

The Role

Focused solely on the

Dynamics 365 contract market

across the UK and Europe

Mix of contract and perm, though contract-heavy (ERP experience highly valued)

Build and nurture strong candidate and client relationships in a long-cycle, relationship-driven market (average contract length: 9.3 months, 75% extension rate)

Work closely with two established billers in Manchester – collaborative, ambitious, and top-performing consultants

What They’re Looking For

Experienced recruiters (contract preferred) – ideally with ERP/D365 knowledge, but open to sector switchers with strong 360 experience

Trainees with proven resilience and drive – degree/qualification, track record of sticking at something challenging, and ideally sales exposure (B2B preferred, B2C considered)

High-energy, ambitious individuals who can “join the dots,” learn quickly, and hold executive-level conversations

Team players who thrive in a supportive, fast-paced, and social environment

Non-Negotiables

Minimum 3 days a week in the Manchester city centre

Strong appetite for the contract market (not just perm)

Commission : Up to 30%, with monthly potential of £15k+ once established
