The role You''ll work closely with the wider commercial team, taking responsibility for: Reviewing and negotiating client terms Identifying contractual and commercial risks Managing notices, claims and variations Supporting with disputes and contractual issues Advising teams on their contractual rights and obligations Protecting the business while keeping solutions commercially sensible About you You could come from a Quantity Surveying, commercial management or construction law background. What matters is your knowledge of construction contracts and your ability to confidently negotiate, challenge and advise.
