Contract QS / Construction Lawyer

Are you commercially sharp, confident with construction contracts and happy getting stuck into the detail when things get complicated?Im looking for an experienced Contract QS or Construction Lawyer to support a growing business with the contractual and commercial side of its projects.The roleYou''ll work closely with the wider commercial team, taking responsibility for:Reviewing and negotiating client termsIdentifying contractual and commercial risksManaging notices, claims and variationsSupporting with disputes and contractual issuesAdvising teams on their contractual rights and obligationsProtecting the business while keeping solutions commercially sensibleAbout youYou could come from a Quantity Surveying, commercial management or construction law background. What matters is your knowledge of construction contracts and your ability to confidently negotiate, challenge and advise.You''ll ideally have experience of:Construction or engineering contractsContract negotiation and riskClaims, notices and variationsCommercial or contractual dispute resolutionThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the problem-solving side of contracts and wants a role where their expertise will have a genuine commercial impact.Interested?
