contract Project Manager - Manchester - £400 a day outside IR35Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract project manager, this is hybrid working in Manchester ideally 2/3 days a week and the rest remote, initial contract will be 3 months. This is outside IR35. Must have below experience: Platform deployment is planned, governed, and delivered through to go-live, with clear milestone visibility and a managed handover to business-as-usual. Improvement programme is delivered to agreed outcomes, formally closed, and transitioned into business-as-usual with lessons learned captured and Embedded. Data roadmaps are actively maintained, regularly reviewed, and aligned to business priorities, with clear governance and stakeholder visibility sustained on an ongoing basis. Proposition development is managed through a structured, governed process with clear pipeline visibility, decision points, and timely progression of new propositions. Projects are delivered to agreed timescales, budget, scope, and quality standards. Projects maintain momentum with minimal avoidable delays or disruption. Engineer utilisation optimised through effective planning, scheduling, and dependency management. Dependencies are identified early, communicated clearly, and completed on time. Clear communication, strong coordination, and effective project leadership. Risks, issues, and dependencies are proactively identified and managed.
