CONTRACT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - DV CLEAREDNEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A DV CLEARED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER Watford (On-site) Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35) Initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance required (MOD)WHAT WILL THE DV CLEARED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER BE DOING?We are supporting a major National Security programme and are looking for an experienced DV Cleared Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-security facility fit-out project in West London.Acting as the client''s on-site representative, you will be responsible for ensuring construction works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role combines Project Management responsibilities with Clerk of Works duties, making it ideal for someone with a strong construction delivery background who enjoys being on site and maintaining exceptional quality standards.You will work closely with contractors, project stakeholders and client teams, carrying out inspections, monitoring progress, identifying defects, managing risks and ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications and regulatory requirements.WE NEED THE DV CLEARED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER TO HAVE Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance (MOD) Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager, Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or ..... full job details .....
