Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this Operations Manager role is to support the daily running of the operations of the business.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £55,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. 


Reporting to the Head of Operations your responsibilities will include:

• Taking enquires from phone calls or via emails you will be the first person the clients speak to
• Turn survey findings and site information into clear, accurate, profitable quotes, then follow them up
• Planning the diary''s for our survey and remedial engineers, balancing urgent works with planed jobs, travel and the right skills for each job needs
• Produce job-specific risk assessments and method statements that reflect what''s really happening on site
• Organising projects from materials, plant, access, permits and keeping the client updated while making sure nothing gets missed
• You will play a key role in being the link between clients and engineers supported so there are no surprises on either side.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have Drainage knowledge and experience
• Experience writing RAMS
• Job Scheduling/ Job Management software - BigChange
• Experience of Itouch systems
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Well organised
• Taking ownership of your day to day
• Good communication skills
• Prioritise calmly
