Contract Multi Skilled Engineer

Our client are a a fast paced Production facility and are looking for a

Contract-- Multi Skilled-Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical bias-

To start as soon as possible.

16 Hours per week

Thursdays - 0600am - 18:00pm

Fridays - 08:00am - 12:00pm

The Person:

• Relevant-Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification-or recognised-Mechanical apprenticeship.
• Must be Multi Skilled
• Relevant experience within a-fast-paced manufacturing environment-
• Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office family of products
• Experience of Maintenance Management Systems & software.

The Role:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance, Breakdowns and repairs of machinery and production Lines.
• Ensure planned maintenance is carried out in line with the site schedule. Liaising with other departments to ensure tasks are completed with little to no impact on operations.
• Communication: Liaise with Engineering colleagues on a regular basis to communicate equipment status, performance against the required schedule.
• Manage Health and Safety: Ensure all engineering work carried out-meets the requirements of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment policies & procedures.
• Document Standard Work & Standard Confirmation: Ensure documents are up to date and that reflect the preventive maintenance.

The Rate will be--34.00ph

To start as soon as possible.
