The post holder will provide day-to-day leadership across the contractor delivery programme, ensuring performance is actively managed and barriers to delivery are identified and resolved quickly. Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be required to: Lead the operational management of all void contractors. Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and contractual requirements. Chair contractor performance meetings and drive continuous improvement. Escalate performance concerns and implement recovery plans where required. Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved through effective inspection and auditing. Work closely with Service Managers to coordinate workloads and maximise productivity. Produce performance reports and recommendations for senior management.
