Contracts Manager - Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS)
Location: Operating base J18, M4, near Bristol (with travel throughout Southern UK)

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and coordinate our VRS installation teams. You will manage multiple teams, expanding them as project needs dictate, ensuring safety fencing works are delivered to the highest standards for prestigious clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate installation teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee VRS projects from base and on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and client communications.
• Make autonomous decisions to drive project delivery within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in highways construction and VRS installation.
• CSCS card essential; SSSTS, CPCS or other relevant qualifications desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UK VRS systems and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel nationwide.
