Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + 20% Bonus
 
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a highly successful and growing business unit.

The Role
As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of key contracts, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining excellent client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving profitability and operational success across the business unit.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for contracts/business areas
• Financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Leading contract performance reviews and identifying improvement opportunities
• Working closely with operational teams to deliver high-quality service
• Supporting business growth through commercial insight and decision-making

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager role
• Strong understanding of finance and commercial performance
• Demonstrable experience managing P&L
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• A team player who is supportive, approachable, and collaborative
• Someone who brings energy, positivity, and a proactive mindset
