The company provides reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and refurbishment services to large commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial sites throughout London and the South East.The Contract Manager Role:As our Contract Manager you will work directly with the Operations Manager and will be responsiblefor helping fulfil our clients and commercial property maintenance requirements. This is an excitingopportunity for someone who is likely to have direct contractor or client side experience and be able toprice jobs independently, win repeat work from clients, manage subcontractors and keep margins ontarget.What s on Offer?
