Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham (Multi-Site)£42,000 - £45,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + BonusFull Time Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm About the Company Our client is a leading UK provider of housing and neighbourhood services, delivering high-quality facilities management solutions across residential, education, public sector and community environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of a large-scale Soft Facilities Management contract across Brighton, Crawley, Chichester, Horsham and surrounding areas. An electric company vehicle will be provided. As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of a multi-site Soft FM contract delivering cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection services. You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual KPIs, whilst managing budgets, people, performance and client relationships. This is a highly visible operational leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, excellent people management skills and a passion for service excellence.
