The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading contractor delivering façade remediation, refurbishment and retrofit works across occupied residential developments. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects across London, managing site teams, construction programmes, operational delivery, client relationships and health and safety. Working closely with senior management, Site Managers, subcontractors and client representatives, the Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. This role would suit an experienced Contract Manager from a façade remediation, recladding, retrofit, decarbonisation or main contracting background, with strong operational management, programme planning and leadership skills.
