Position: Contract Manager

Location: Covering the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk area

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Approx £55,000 plus car allowance, bonus and 25 days holiday

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk area.

This Contract Manager will be dealing with the facilities management of commercial sites across the region.

They will be managing a team of mobile and static building services engineers that include commercial heating, electrical, air conditioning and fabric technicians. These engineers will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for sites that will include offices, schools, retail, student accommodation etc.

As well as managing engineers they will also be dealing with client end engineers development, compliance management, RAM''s, KPI''s, Recruitment etc.

The right person for this position will already have a strong technical background within commercial building services maintenance. They will have managed a service contract of over £1.5million.

It is preferred that this Contract Manager has an engineering technical background

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
• Technical knowledge of maintenance
• Based in either the Suffolk or Cambridgeshire area
• Full UK driving licence
• Contract Managed maintenance contracts with a value of £1.5 million
• Experience working as a Contract Manager
