Contract Manager

Position: Contract ManagerLocation: Central LondonDuration: Permanent Salary: From £58,000 to £68,000 plus car allowance and package We are looking for an experienced Technical MandE Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering multiple sites in central London. This Contract Manager will be managing a number of commercial sites throughout central London specialising in hard services. The right person for this position will already have a strong working in background as a building services Contract Manager with experience in running MandE service contracts with a value of over £5 million. They will need to have come from a technical background with a mechanical or electrical qualification. They need to have a strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance and be very client focused. They will be running a team of static and mobile engineers, so we require this Contract Manager to support them technically as well as dealing with skills progression.
