Contract Manager

We are working with a well-established and growing civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation across Scotland to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a successful business and take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple civil engineering projects. Working closely with the operational and commercial teams, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, commercially and to programme.As the Contracts Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Managing multiple civil engineering projects from commencement through to successful completionProviding leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Agents, Site Managers and wider site teamsMonitoring project programmes, costs, resources and overall performanceManaging client relationships, subcontractors, suppliers and other key project stakeholdersEnsuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, health and safety, quality and environmental requirementsIdentifying and managing commercial, operational and programme risks while supporting the wider business with future opportunitiesThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within civil engineeringProven experience managing multiple projects and operational teamsStrong ..... full job details .....
