Oversee site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards. Maintain full responsibility for health & safety compliance across all sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
