Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager or Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. About You: This opportunity is suited to a highly experienced construction professional who enjoys managing quality projects and building long-term client relationships. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 10 years'' experience working at Contract Manager or Quantity Surveyor level. Must live within approximately 40 minutes of BA1 7QH. Strong experience delivering refurbishment, restoration, heritage, commercial or high-end construction projects. Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills. Strong communication and client-facing abilities. Full UK driving licence.
