About You: This opportunity is suited to a highly experienced construction professional who enjoys managing quality projects and building long-term client relationships. Essential Requirements: A minimum of-10 years'' experience-working at-Contract Manager or Quantity Surveyor level. Must live-within approximately 40 minutes of BA1 7QH. Strong experience delivering refurbishment, restoration, heritage, commercial or high-end construction projects. Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills.
