In this pivotal commercial role, you will balance strategic portfolio growth with operational contract delivery, driving customer satisfaction, enforcing service level agreement (SLA), mitigating commercial risk, and optimising revenue generation across the mobile infrastructure portfolio.What You''ll Be DoingDevelop and implement strategies to optimise contract life cycle management.Evaluate contract proposals and deliver strategic recommendations aligned with business priorities.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customer accounts.Provide strategic guidance and facilitate clear communication across senior leadership, internal teams, and customer stakeholders.Manage a portfolio of active PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS contracts throughout their life cycle, ensuring all deliverable meet agreed timelines and specifications.Proactively monitor performance against SLAs, mitigating risks to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.Oversee all contract amendments, variations, renewals, and dispute resolutions in accordance with policy. ..... full job details .....
