This role sits between our clients and internal teams, managing technical queries and turning opportunities into confirmed work. What You'll Be Doing Serving as the go-to contact for client accounts, handling technical queries and issues Attending client meetings and producing visit reports Keeping clients updated on open queries and outstanding orders Providing technical support to client accounts Passing on leads and enquiries to the sales team Keeping quotes and forecasts accurate and up to date Planning ahead for upcoming client work and spares requirements Supporting budgeting and forecasting for regular sales reviews Occasional site visits, including offshore, as required What We're Looking For Essential: Relevant technical/industry experience Experience in a customer-facing role Desirable: Apprenticeship or technical training background Account management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Budgeting and forecasting experience What's on Offer A ha...
