Contract Manager 55 000 + Car AllowanceA fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing and highly reputable construction business delivering a varied portfolio of projects from pre-construction through to completion.This role offers the chance to take full ownership of multiple projects while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards.The RoleAs Contract Manager, you will oversee between 23 live projects at any one time, managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing projects from pre-construction through to final handoverPlanning and programming works to ensure successful project deliveryMaintaining and developing strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleMonitoring and reporting on project progress, both operationally and financiallyCoordinating site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme targetsEnsuring all health and safety standards and compliance requirements are maintained on siteIdentifying and resolving project challenges proactivelyAbout YouWe are looking for a driven and commercially aware construction professional with strong leadership and communication skills.Key requirements:Proven experience within a ..... full job details .....
