The Opportunity This is not a construction or project delivery role. Instead, you''ll be responsible for ensuring operational service contracts perform as intended, suppliers deliver on their contractual commitments, and residents receive consistently high-quality services. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors and external partners, you''ll oversee contract performance, monitor compliance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement across a diverse operational portfolio. You''ll play a key role in ensuring contractual obligations are translated into effective day-to-day service delivery while providing assurance to senior leadership that services are performing to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Manage operational service contracts throughout their lifecycle. Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations.
