Unlike a traditional Commercial Manager role, this position is focused on protecting the client''s contractual position through effective administration of the main contract, contractual compliance and proactive management of change. The Role You''ll be responsible for managing the main NEC contract, providing contractual advice to project teams and supporting the successful delivery of a complex infrastructure programme.
