Contract Manager

We''re working with an established and growing organisation to recruit a Contract Manager to join its commercial function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of contracts, commercial strategy, risk and client relationships, and who wants to play a key role in strengthening and streamlining the organisation''s contract management processes. We''re particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience within the public sector or healthcare sector, whether that''s in a public or private healthcare environment. The opportunity As Contract Manager, you''ll take ownership of a broad range of customer-facing contractual activity, working closely with commercial, sales, legal, finance and operational teams to ensure agreements are commercially sound, appropriately structured and aligned with business objectives. You''ll be involved throughout the contract lifecycle - from drafting and negotiation through to execution, renewal and termination - while providing practical advice on contractual risk, obligations and negotiation strategy. This is a role with plenty of scope to add value. You''ll have the opportunity to help develop and improve contract management processes, introduce greater consistency across agreements and contribute to a more formalised approach to contract governance.
